Effects: This fruit changed the user into a Tar man. They can stick themselves to an opponent and cannot be pried off by simple pulling. You have to cut them away. They can also bend a few extra feet while in their tar form to make themselves larger or smaller depending on how they move.
Weakness: The tar can be melted by fire causing the person to melt as well. They can also be cut to pieces and as it is tar it takes the user a little longer then most Logia users to pull themselves back together.
