THe marines now rule the oceans with only those few pirates remaining such as the Straw Hats led by Monkey D Luffy with a new bounty of 500,000,000 Million beli on his head. The age of pirates is slowly dieing as Pirates now work for the world government but those still roam the seas for freedom and the search of one piece to become the pirate king and settle the war between Pirates and Marines with the pirates sadly losing at this very moment.
The marines stalk the oceans capturing or killing pirates. Pirartes work for the marines hunting down other pirates turning them in. They work out of fear of death as all those that opose the world government have been killed. But a new age dawns and the age of pirates will be reborn!
